Paintings by Alois Crottogini (1920-2013) with village scenes from Andeer and landscape paintings will be exhibited, shown to the public and offered for sale. No registration necessary.

The name Alois Crottogini (1920-2013) may still be familiar to some as a writer of letters and articles for "Pöschtli" and "Südostschweiz". Alois was also very committed to promoting Andeer as a tourist destination. He was the initiator and promoter of the Andeer spa and also the first president of the public limited company that made its construction possible almost 50 years ago. It is less well known that he also painted. He painted parts of the village of Andeer and landscapes from near and far between 1946 and 2009. These paintings are now to be shown to the public and offered for sale. The exhibition venue is the Gasthaus Weisses Kreuz in Andeer, which has fortunately been purchased by local idealists. However, as a lot of money is still needed for the renovation, the proceeds from the sale will be used entirely for this purpose. Buyers can set their own price for the pictures.
