While strictly covering the ECO (exam content outline) and reflecting the material to which we have access as a PMI Authorized Training Partner (ATP), our experienced, certified instructors facilitate class discussions, activities and use case studies to bring the theoretical approaches to life in real project environments. Our live training courses are supplemented with extensive e-learning modules. Our courses also include access to a world-leading exam simulation tool "X-AM”, which includes about 1300 test questions and optional digital learning tools. Our instructors will be available to accompany and coach you until you receive your PMP® certification. The journey starts with a virtual kick-off meeting, about one week before the first day of the training. Then follows a 4-day course with individual preparation work – split into 2 blocks of 2 days. The "All inclusive” package also offers distant coaching between the self-study phase and the classroom training.
