Seit Eröffnung des Restaurants Thailando in Albana Hotel Silvaplana vor acht Jahren ist Teerapol Tangphet aus Thailand verantwortlich. Nach ausführlichen Stages im Mandarin Oriental in Hongkong weiss er mit seinen selbst kreierten Saucen und Gerichten zu begeistern. Jeweils Sonntag Abend verführt er mit seiner Küchencrew mit der „Thaivolata“ auf eine Entdeckungsreise durch die grosse Küche Asiens.
