What better way to start the weekend than with a delicious brunch in the shade of the tall trees?

During the summer, Avenches Youth Hostel organises delicious brunches to be enjoyed in the large garden.

On the menu: fruit juices, coffee, tea and hot or cold drinks, a wide selection of bread, braids, croissants and rolls, butter, jam, honey, cheese and meat platters including cured ham, sausages and gravlax, the inevitable birchermüesli and fruit salad, fried or scrambled eggs and crêpes, mini-pastries and cakes. There's something for everyone!
