Historic market stalls, crafts and many other highlights at the castle.

Lenzburg Castle attracts visitors to the colorful hustle and bustle of the medieval market. Merchants and traders offer fabrics, jewelry and other goods for sale at over 40 market stalls. Weapons are forged, baskets woven and fabrics dyed.

There is also plenty of entertainment on the program: the falconer lets his birds of prey fly. There is dancing to medieval music, swords clink and an alchemist mixes his mysterious tinctures. Children and adults can try their hand at medieval archery.

The medieval market is also a culinary delight. The castle kitchen and the medieval oven will be filled with the aromas of food from the period. You are welcome to try it!
