Seit 2009 bewirtschaften wir - Roman und Barbara Rüdemann-Bigler mit Elias, Anna und Lukas - den Bauernhof in Trimstein. Anfangs 2013 stellten wir auf biologische Produktion nach den Bio-Suisse-Richtlinien (Knospe) um. Seit 2018 bewirtschaften wir vom neuen Betriebszentrum in Ueberstorf aus auch den Hof in Trimstein.
