Im kleinen Familienbetrieb pflegen wir unsere Reben mit Sorgfalt nach dem Grundsatz “soviel wie nötig- aber sowenig wie möglich“. Wir bieten gehaltvolle, sortentypische Weine an, die alle “Winzerwy“ attestiert sind. PIWI- Sorten ist unser grosses Ziel. Bereits wachsen bei uns fünf pilzwiderstandsfähige Rebsorten und die daraus gekelterten Weine dürfen sich sehen lassen!
