The Kunstmuseum Basel is one of the most renowned museums in the world. Its top-class collection - the first ever art collection open to the public - and its internationally acclaimed exhibitions offer unforgettable art experiences.
The museum invites you on a journey through art history from the 15th century to the present day at three locations. Among the more than 300,000 works in the collection are art by Hans Holbein, Rembrandt, Paul Cézanne, Claude Monet, Vincent Van Gogh, Pablo Picasso, Sophie Taeuber-Arp and Andy Warhol.
