Welcome to our Aikido children's training: training and play sequences based on the principles of Aikido are fun, promote concentration, reaction skills and motor dexterity.

Aikido is a non-violent martial art from Japan. Come along and get to know it through games and active training elements. Aikido is fun, promotes concentration, responsiveness and motor skills. Up to three taster sessions are available free of charge and without obligation.

Although combat situations are practiced, there are no winners or losers at the end. The aim is not to overpower the attacker, but to control and calm the situation. Aikido techniques do not require muscular strength, but skill, awareness and agility. There are no competitions in Aikido and we train according to the physical and developmental requirements of the children.

The club Aikido Ennetbaden runs a dojo in the Oederlin Areal and offers training for adults, teenagers, and children. Trial trainings are possible at all levels at any time.
