The brisolée of Bex is the celebration of autumn and its landscapes with yellow foliage under an intense blue sky while enjoying seasonal delights.

Discover the magnificent vineyards and chestnut groves of Bex. Five local winegrowers will be on hand along the way to offer tastings of their vintages. All around you, enjoy the spectacle of nature decked out in the warm colours of autumn.

The Bex brisolée is an opportunity to celebrate autumn and its landscapes of yellowing foliage under an intense blue sky by sampling seasonal delicacies: roasted chestnuts, apples and grapes, local cured meats and cheeses, and a glass of wine to enhance this already rich dish. Traditional music crowns the moment!

During the tour of the vineyards, if you buy a glass you can taste all the wines that inspire you. The tour starts at 10am.
You can take advantage of the little vineyard train to be transported through the vineyards.
