La Tavolata in Bern

Please take your seats when you hear: Tavolata! Organic, diverse and sensual. From the field to the plate, accompanied by stories and edible flowers. From the field to the table, served with stories about the products. The focus is on potatoes, straight from the living organic soil. All around is everything that a diverse and interconnected organic farm has to offer, from field crops and vegetables to animal products. Even the table setting reflects biodiversity: edible flower decorations by organic farmer Judica Altmann (Flair Blumen). These can be eaten as desired. They remind us that flowers can also be organic – or not.
