With Fritz Hauser Percussion Ensemble.

Fritz Hauser performs the ensemble piece "Trommelhaus" with well-known personalities from the Swiss drumming and percussion scene. Hauser composed this work in June 2025 for the inauguration of the Klanghaus Toggenburg, which he is now adapting for the main stage of the Theater Casino Zug.

Basel-based drummer, composer and sound tinkerer Fritz Hauser performs his programs for drums and percussion all over the world. With his imaginative approach, he constantly creates new and surprising, unforgettable worlds of sound. In his concert installations, traditional musical forms open themselves up to expansive experiments. Complexity is combined with lightness and silence. Humor and poetry unfold their space in a special way. The musician, who was awarded the Swiss Music Prize in 2022, creates compositions for solo percussion and ensembles, for chamber orchestras and for choirs. Hauser is no stranger to Zug either; in 2013 he created a work entitled "Schraffurhaus Zug" at the Kunsthaus.
