In mid-October, enjoy a generous royal brisolée in front of the Scierie in Grimentz.

The royal brisolée is being organised this year by the Télémark Club de Grimentz/St-Jean, right in the centre of the village of Grimentz.

The atmosphere is relaxed and warm, with everyone sharing a table. The meal includes roasted chestnuts, local cheeses, Anniviers cured meats, autumn fruit, rye bread and Valais grape mou, followed by dessert and coffee. A real autumn delight!
