The yoga sessions with Nina take place in the Mountain Garden of Hotel Sunstar Pontresina and offer space to slow down and recharge in the Engadin mountains. In a mindful atmosphere, you combine flowing movements with conscious breathing and the surrounding nature.

Suitable for all levels: Whether it is your first yoga class or you already have experience, the focus is on slowing down, finding balance and taking restorative moments for yourself. You are welcome to bring your own yoga mat or borrow one on site. The class depends on the weather and is confirmed a few days in advance.
