Bolgen Park

Davos Klosters Bergbahnen AG, Davos Platz

The Jakobshorn in the mountains of Davos Klosters is the ultimate freestyle mountain. The Bolgen Park is known for its large halfpipe, where future Olympic and snowboard world champions have learned their skills.

The Bolgen area at the foot of the Jakobshorn is easily accessible for all snow sports enthusiasts and walkers and is therefore a meeting point for young and old, big and small. The Bolgen Park, which is located in this area next to the Jakobshornbahn valley station, is suitable for beginners and advanced skiers due to its various elements. The park is open from around Christmas until the end of March as soon as there is enough snow to build the halfpipe.
The Bolgen Park has a very popular half pipe. The Bolgen ski lift carries freeskiers and snowboarders to the start of the pipe in comfort. The pipe is regularly prepared two to three times a week. Every Friday evening it is also illuminated and available for evening training.
On the airbag, the air cushion next to the half pipe, first moves as well as difficult tricks can be practised with the kicker, because a soft landing is always guaranteed, no matter how things turn out. In addition, there are two Big Airs set up for the Freestyle European Cup - the Davos Open in the Bolgen Park in February. As soon as they are set up in preparation for the competition, the Big Airs will be available to all guests until the beginning of March.
