Monte Tamaro's varied offer ranges from adventure and outdoor activities to culture and gastronomy.

At Monte Tamaro, no two days are the same. You can spend an adrenalin-fuelled day, go on a longer or shorter, more or less demanding hike or take a scenic mountain bike tour or enjoy the cultural and gastronomic offerings.
From Rivera, the cable-car takes you to Alpe Foppa at 1 530 m above sea level, where you will find the self-service restaurant with a large outdoor terrace offering typical Ticino cuisine, the Santa Maria degli Angeli Church designed by architect Mario Botta, the Coaster Bob and the Tyrolienne and a large children's playground.
The Adventure Park and a Snack Bar are located near the middle station. Accessible from 4 years of age, the Adventure Park has three different courses suitable for the whole family.
