While you are walking on the Gornergrat you can visit our traditional, black-nosed sheep which are spending the alpine summer in the area around the Gornergrat. From 4 July at the earliest until 8 September 2024 about 150 sheep enjoy the summer - sunning themselves and grazing on the green alpine meadows.

With the GPS tracker it’s easy to find them and it costs nothing. There is also a guided tour to visit the flock, with an aperitif at the end if you want.
