Die Harmoniemusik Näfels wurde 1884 gegründet. Die Höhepunkte im Vereinsjahr sind jeweils das Jahreskonzert im Dezember und alle zwei Jahre die Umrahmung der „Näfelser Fahrt“, die Gedenkfeier zur Schlacht bei Näfels 1388.
