The well-maintained holiday home is on a sunny south-facing slope at the top of the well-kept chalet area "Sonnmatt" in Mogelsberg, near the well-known "BAUMWIPFELPFAD Neckertal" (TREE PEAK PATH). The location is quiet and offers a magnificent view of the picturesque hilly landscape of the Neckertal. The large terrace as well as the balcony invite you to enjoy nature and just let your mind wander. The chalet settlement consists of permanently inhabited as well as weekend and holiday homes. The village center of Mogelsberg is approx. 600m or approx. 8 minutes on foot. The chalet can only be reached via around 100 steps and is therefore less recommended for people with limited mobility. However, the outside parking lot is located directly at the staircase.
