The Genussregion Zürich invites you to a truly unique evening: a culinary celebration of the past, present and future of Zurich’s gastronomy, inspired by the legendary master chef and pioneer of fine dining, Auguste Escoffier.

Renowned Zurich kitchens including Baur au Lac, The Dolder Grand, Kongresshaus, Zurich Marriott Hotels, Seedamm Plaza, Segmüller Collection, Gategroup, Tastelab, Vreni Giger and Zizi Hattab come together to create an extraordinary fine-dining experience.

Accompanied by the captivating voice of soprano Cinzia Zavonello, the evening continues with a DJ and bar service to round off the night in style.
