In 1997, we were inducted into the the “zum goldenen Fisch” association. In order to keep the “Golden Fish” award, we are subject to continuous inspection, so you can always be sure of excellently prepared fish and courteous service. Our staff are always up to date about all of the fish that are currently available and will be happy to provide you with any information you might need. We can also advise you on the right choice of wine to match.

Since March 2003, our dishes also carry the “Culinarium” seal of approval. With this, we commit ourselves to sourcing and using mainly products such as meat, fish, vegetables, fruits and wines from Eastern Switzerland.
