For this new season, chef Emmanuel Soares has expanded the menu to include a few specialities from Japanese cuisine. A combination of refined Japanese-Peruvian influences such as Mayan style tuna ceviche or chimichurri quinoa salad with avocado and pomegranate. The new Poke Bowls, originally from Hawaii, reflect the fact that summer has started in the most brilliant way.
