Auberge aux 2 Sapins, Montricher

Our chef Frédéric Simond’s menu is constantly being redesigned to make the most of the exquisite local produce over the course of the different seasons. The meat is from the Boucherie de Sévery, the dairy produce from Montricher, Pampigny and L’Isle, while the vegetables are from Vullierens: these include strawberries, asparagus, tomatoes and potatoes from Pampigny; the veal is from Montricher, oils from the Sévery mill and fish from Lac Léman. Our chef also prepares vegetables from his own gardens.
