The 3-room flat (60sqm) is located in an apartment block on the mezzanine floor. Fantastic view of the mountains and the valley. Nature on the doorstep. Ski bus stop directly at Via Crest la Crusch, free transfer to the ski school and mountain railway. The shops and restaurants are just a 10-minute walk away.

There is an indoor swimming pool and a sauna in the main building. Both belong to the complex, the pool is available free of charge. The sauna is subject to a charge and can be booked privately by reservation. There is also an underground car park in the same building, where parking space no. 31 belongs to the flat. Visitor car parking spaces are available.
A bread roll service can be ordered from the caretaker in the main building. A large selection of children's toys are available for free use and a table tennis table invites you to linger.
