The Caschu Alp focuses on varied cuisine of the finest quality. We only use fresh produce and natural ingredients. The baked goods are freshly prepared by hand in our kitchens, ensuring top-quality delicacies. Local cuisine and Mediterranean cooking are just part of the story for us.  A wide variety of wines (white and red wines) from various countries are selected and tested according to our own criteria and are of excellent quality. Sparkling, sweet and port wines, digestifs and a wide selection of whiskys are also available. And you can enjoy all of this in a chic and cosy alpine setting, whether in the snug, restaurant, bar/lounge or on one of our two terraces.
