From April to July, Casa Epper is showing an exhibition about Carlo Riva's revolutionary boats. Experience the elegance and Italian bellezza through Olaf Tamm's photographs.

Famed Italian designer Carlo Riva (1922-2017) revolutionised the world of boatbuilding with his exceptional flair for design and feel for quintessential Italian bellezza (beauty). Synonymous with the elegant Mediterranean lifestyles of the 1960s and 70s, Riva runabouts are long-standing fixtures of stylish harbour resorts like Portofino – and, of course, the shimmering waters of Lake Maggiore. Today, Riva models including Tritone and Aquarama are held up as the epitome of timeless boat design. This summer at Casa Epper, the brand’s iconic history and enduring beauty will be brought to life in an exhibition of images by the talented Olaf Tamm.
