Surrealistic Tango music, new Single release by Uriel Pascucci

The pianist Uriel Pascucci will release on 15th January 2023 his new Modern Tango Fusion composition. This worldwide release will be on all major streaming platforms.

The piece is called “Salvador Antonio´s Tango” and is dedicated to Uriel Pascucci´s grandfather, a man with deep knowledge of Argentine Tango and a lover of this genre, who exposed Uriel Pascucci to this music since an early age.

Uriel Pascucci has created a piece which could be described as surrealistic music. He combines varied rhytmical structures on this composition, which is away of the Golden Era of Tango. However, it shows influences of Astor Piazzolla´s music, specially from the period back in the 70´s.
The instrumentation of the new compositon is also more reduced as that of a typical Tango Orchestra. It is written for Piano, Keyboards, Synths, Violin, Bandoneón, Electric Bass and Drums. Amazing musicians join the pianist Uriel Pascucci to perform this piece. The mixing and mastering of this project was made by Tom Maeder studio in Basel and it is produced by Uriel Pascucci.

The Argentinian pianist Uriel Pascucci is laureate of international piano competitions and has performed several concerts and tours. During 2021 he has released a CD Album with piano works by Beethoven, Mussorgsky and one of his own compositions. In addition, he has recorded a transcription for solo piano of a tango by Astor Piazzolla to tribute the centenary of this great Argentinian composer.
