- Lessons are held in Italian with the possibility of partial translation into English (if required)
- Bring your own mat and personal drink
- Registration welcome but not compulsory (in the event of time changes or cancellations, members will be notified and it will be reported on social networks)
- We start between 8:45 am and 10:00 am, depending on the weather; check teachers and times on the website
- In September and October, lessons start at 10:00 am
