„The Alehouse – Palmhof“ ist Zürichs erstes, echtes Alehouse. An unserer hochmodernen Zapfanlage bieten wir stets 20+ Craft Biere aus Schweizer und Internationalen Brauereien an. Da uns die Bierqualität und -vielfalt am Herzen liegt und das Entdecken bei uns im Vordergrund steht, wechselt bei uns das Bierangebot häufig. Wenn ein Fass leer ist, wird ein anderes Bier angeschlossen. Von blumigen India Pale Ales (IPA), über erfrischende Saisons, komplexe spontanfermentierten Jahrgangs-Lambics, hinzu in Rum-, Wein- oder Whiskeyfässern gelagerten Imperial Stouts, scheint die Vielfalt von Bierstilen fast unendlich. Unser kulinarisches Angebot passt perfekt zu unseren Bieren und beinhaltet saisonale, lokale Produkte.
