The techniques you learn with me, will not only immediately spark joy, but transform the way you love yourself and others. In our curated women’s circle at the beautiful and serene Freya Healing Center in the middle of Zürich you will open your eyes to the power of sisterhood. Every week will be catered to you and the women present that day. But they will always be a two part workshop - first part is education and connecting in sisterhood to feel safety within, and the second is an embodiment practice. Always expect depth and pleasure, and a space to drop all performance, should's, pressure and intentions to simply feel, surrender and be in your deeper truth.

After your first session and the secret home-practice I’ll give you, I promise you: People will ask you what you did as you’ll show up with a more sensual glow.
