Following the success of the 2024 symposium, which captivated a full house with a diverse program of workshops, keynotes, and culinary events, the next edition is already in the pipeline. From October 29 to November 1, 2025, Soil to Soul will return to the centrally located venues of Debattierhaus Karl der Grosse and Kulturhaus Helferei in Zurich.

The upcoming symposium will focus on sustainable cuisine and the practical implementation of sustainable food systems, demonstrating how regenerative agriculture, innovative research, and mindful enjoyment can work together to ensure healthy soils and a sustainable future. We look forward to exciting keynotes and panel discussions, delicious tastings and culinary events, and hands-on experiences at farm tours and workshops.
