New Challenges and Solutions in Population Research

The second Zurich Population Research Conference will take place on February 1–2, 2027, at the University of Zurich's City Campus. The theme is New Challenges and Solutions in Population Research.

Population research is undergoing rapid societal, technological, and methodological change. From digital data and AI to ethical concerns, participation gaps, and global demographic shifts, researchers must continuously adapt. This conference offers a platform to discuss key challenges and innovative responses.

The program will feature keynote lectures, a plenary session, thematic panels, a poster session, and networking opportunities throughout.
